IPM

Impact protection is an important consideration when it comes to hand gloves, especially in sports or industrial work that involve contact with hard surfaces or equipment. One common type of impact protection found in gloves is TPR. TPR is often used on the back of the hand and around the fingers and knuckles to absorb shock and reduce the risk of injury. However, TPR is made of PVC material which is comparatively giving lower protection to the user. Also, PVC can be toxic and not consider a sustainable material to be used.

We have invented our in-house impact protection material – IPM. IPM is form by nano molecules material that are free to move around within the material, allowing it to remain soft and flexible. However, when the material experiences a sudden impact, these molecules lock together and instantly create a stiff and protective barrier for user to protect from injury.

IPM does not only give the user the required impact protection but also gives the flexibility and conformable feel. Unlike some other impact protection technologies, IPM does not require a rigid shell or plate to be effective, which means it can be used in products that need to be soft and flexible.

IPM offers consistent performance across a wide range of temperatures and conditions, which makes it ideal for use in a variety of sports and industrial work. IPM gives the same performance in a working environment under both -40C and 100C. The material used on IPM is also environmentally friendly in that it is free from harmful chemicals and can be recycled at the end of its useful life.

Overall, IPM is a versatile and effective impact protection technology that offers several advantages over other materials. Its flexibility, instant protection, reusability, consistency, and environmental friendliness make it an attractive option for use in gloves and other protective gear.

Sport Glove Trend

The sport glove industry is continually evolving to meet the needs of athletes who want high-performance gloves that offer both function and style. By incorporating advanced materials, technologies, and designs into their products, our products offer athletes that are more comfortable, more protective, and more effective than ever before. Implementing the use of advanced technologies in sport gloves can track certain metrics such as heart rate, temperature, or even muscle activity. Another trend in sport gloves is the use of smart materials. Smart materials are materials that can change their properties in response to external stimuli. Also, Compression gloves are particularly popular in sports that require repetitive hand movements, such as rowing or weightlifting. The use of advanced fabrics in sport gloves is a trend that is here to stay.

The use of sustainable materials in gloves is becoming increasingly popular as more people and companies are recognizing the importance of reducing their environmental impact. Sustainable materials used in gloves can include organic cotton, bamboo, and recycled polyester from sustainable sources. These materials are often produced using environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and are biodegradable or recyclable at the end of their useful life. By using sustainable materials in gloves, companies can reduce their carbon footprint and help to protect the planet while still providing high-quality and effective hand protection. Additionally, consumers who are environmentally conscious can choose gloves made from sustainable materials as a way to reduce their own environmental impact.
